People who exercise on work days…

People who exercise on work days are happier, suffer less stress and are more productive.  Well duh!!  I have been saying this for years.  I feel much better when I have a workout during my day than when I don’t.  Some people complain that I take a bit longer during my lunch break. Little do they know that I am now more productive because of this break; and I have the article to prove it!
