Nutrition and Fitness Update – 1/31/09

The last time I did a weekly recap, it got a bit long so I thought for this last week, I would abbreviate it. If you have any questions about the workouts that I did or the nutrition for that day; drop me a note and we can discuss.

  • 1/25/09 – Sunday is my rest and cheat day and I did exactly that. No exercise or nutritional logs for this day.
  • 1/26/09 – Body for Life Lower Body workout.
    • Total calories eaten – 2236
    • Total calories burned – 210
  • 1/27/09 – Body for Life Cardio
    • Total calories eaten – 2000
    • Total calories burned – 280
  • 1/28/09 – Body for Life Upper Body workout.
    • Total calories eaten – 2292
    • Total calories burned – 194
  • 1/29/09 – Body for Life Cardio
    • Total calories eaten – 2259
    • Total calories burned – 280
  • 1/30/09 – Body for Life Lower Body workout.
    • Total calories eaten – 2374
    • Total calories burned – 241
  • 1/31/09 – Body for Life Cardio
    • Total calories eaten – 1547
    • Total calories burned – 250

I think I screwed up on last week’s weigh in because this week I was still at 177 pounds but my body fat was at 12.4% which would be would be a 1% increase over the last week.  I must have misread the reading on my analyzer because overall the week was pretty good for me.  Regardless though, overall I am still down from my starting body fat of 15.4%!  This week is shaping up to be another great one as well.
