Nutrition and Fitness Update – 2/21/09

It’s been a bit since I have posted my fitness and nutrition updates for the week. I think I missed one in there somewhere. Here is last weeks.

  • 2/15/09 – Sunday is my rest and cheat day and I did exactly that. No exercise or nutritional logs for this day.
  • 2/16/09 – P90x Chest and Back. I woke up the next day feel really sore…but in a good way.
    • Total calories eaten – 2267
    • Total calories burned – 177
  • 2/17/09 – Plyometrics. I did this one at the gym in the cardio room. Hard to tell if I did it right without the video but I think I did. I left feeling pretty exhausted.
    • Total calories eaten – 1966
    • Total calories burned – 111
  • 2/18/09 -P90x Shoulders and Arms. Bring on the gun show!
    • Total calories eaten – 2329
    • Total calories burned – 186
  • 2/19/09 – P90x Yogax. Who says Yoga is just for girls. This thing kicked my butt!
    • Total calories eaten – 2192
    • Total calories burned – 346
  • 2/20/09 – P90x Legs and Back. I had to crawl out of the gym.
    • Total calories eaten – 2339
    • Total calories burned – 258
  • 2/21/09 – Kenpo. Karate Kid has nothing on my moves!
    • Total calories eaten – 2316
    • Total calories burned – 706

This week’s weight has stayed at 176 but my body fat is down to 11.4%.  I am hoping to get below 10% before my wedding. We shall see!
