Nutrition and Fitness Update – 2/28/09

  • 2/22/09 – Sunday is my rest and cheat day and I did exactly that. No exercise or nutritional logs for this day.
  • 2/23/09 – P90x Chest and Back. I woke up the next day feel really sore…but in a good way.
    • Total calories eaten – 2125
    • Total calories burned – 373
  • 2/24/09 – Plyometrics. I have put the P90x Plyo video on my Ipod so now I can do the workout at the gym and follow along.
    • Total calories eaten – 2022
    • Total calories burned – 110
  • 2/25/09 -P90x Shoulders and Arms. Bring on the gun show!
    • Total calories eaten – 2359
    • Total calories burned – 375
  • 2/26/09 – P90x Yogax. Who says Yoga is just for girls. This thing kicked my butt!
    • Total calories eaten – 2129
    • Total calories burned – 346
  • 2/27/09 – P90x Legs and Back. I had to crawl out of the gym.
    • Total calories eaten – 1265
    • Total calories burned – 258
  • 2/28/09 – Took the day off to celebrate my Birthday. Did Kenpo on Sunday along with Ab Ripper X!
    • Total calories eaten – 2287

I didn’t bother to weigh myself at the end of the week. It was my birthday weekend and I let myself enjoy it. Nothing crazy but a few pieces of cake here and there.  During the week, my bodyfat was measuring at 10.5% so I know that I am down a little bit.
