My second phase went very well. The only workout I ever found myself skimping on was Yoga. I know they say its the glue that holds everything together but 1.5 hours is a long time for me to take out of my day. I have managed to find a few other Yoga programs that are just as good but a little shorter.

Which workouts do you have a hard time completing? What time do you perform your workouts? If done later in the day, that might be a cause of the exhaustion. Poor eating habits might also be a good cause. I always compare my body to a furnace. You need to fuel the fire in order to get the desired results. I eat clean, lean and often.

I am here to help should have any questions.

How was your second phase?

I am just starting my first phase and finding it hard to complete the whole workouts. I end up skipping the second half of workouts because I am completely exhausted by then, perhaps because I haven't made the required change in my diet.
