This is week 4 of P90x also known as the recovery week. I started the week off strong doing YogaX on Monday. Monday night my youngest daughter got sick and I spent the next 3 days working from home while I nursed her back to health. I had good intentions of working out those 3 days but at the end of the day, I was exhausted and opted for a good nights rest and some time with the kids and future wife. I do plan on working out today but it will be a nice cardio day at my local 24 Hour Fitness. Tomorrow is another busy day so I will try and get a work out in but it wont be a sure thing. I guess I took this recovery week a bit too literal! Now that this week is about over, I am really looking forward to getting back into it and starting up week 5 on Monday. I am leaning towards doubles though. Anyone have any advice for me on that?
I thought I would include on today’s post a product I bought earlier this week. Its a powdered peanut butter and I think its awesome! It has 85% less fat than regular peanut butter but all the taste. I mixed it with some water yesterday and couldn’t even tell the difference. Its a bit more expensive than you premium natural peanut butter but totally worth it.
