P90x Progress Photos – 2nd Phase

Below are a couple of pictures that I took of myself last week. At that time I was on my second week of P90x Second Phase. I must say that I really love this program. I don’t think there are any other programs out there that can touch P90x and give you the kind of results that this does. I have always had a battle with my weight and have spent years in the gym doing the usual curls, bench presses and squats. The results never came. That was until I found P90x and the idea of muscle confusion. It was so simple that I couldn’t believe it took me so long to learn about it. Now I am in the best shape of my life and getting better and better with each passing week.  I hope these pics will help to show others out there that anything is possible as long as you are willing to put forth the effort and make the time. Never give up, never surrender, and live life to the fullest everyday.

    You look like you’re in decent shape, but to be honest, I can hardly tell a difference from day 1 to 50?

      Really? In the second set of pics the definition of the muscles is much more clear. Oh well, I noticed a difference in the pics and how I feel so I must have done it right. Thanks for posting!

    I can deffinetly see a difference, looks like its working well. Today was day 1 for me and it was some pure hard work, looking forward to day 90

      Thanks for your comments. I could see a difference as well but some say they could not. I am getting ready to start P90x again on Monday with some friends and family. A bit of a challenge I threw out to everyone. I am looking forward to getting a 6-pack by the end of it. Right in time for summer!

    Good job man, i’ve been training for years , i was a national wrestler and played many other college sports… I’m probably younger than you though so don’t get the wrong idea ..

    My point is there is a distinct difference between day 50 and day 1 … only people who work out regularly will know this as you EARNED each ounce of lean muscle mass added and every striation. Big change, good work, keep it up! Never mind the people are saying there is no difference they obviously know nothing. ( sorry to offend others but don’t comment if you don’t know what you are talking about!)

    Once again keep up the hard work and never mind the haters!
