Leading my first p90x session

Last night I had the pleasure of leading my first P90x Plyometrics class for my wife’s high school dance team. It was awesome! We didn’t have enough time to do the full hour but we got through a huge chunk of it. The girls where very cooperative and did very well for their first time and I really enjoyed being able to lead a class. I want to give a huge THANK YOU to Ashley and Alli for allowing me to come in and do that. Thanks ladies!

    WOW, starting them off with the Mother! I’m sure you’ll have them in peak shape in no time. Nothing like a little group workout to really get things going!

    I also found that I worked a little harder than normal knowing that over a dozen people where watching me.
