Need to get back on track

This has been a tough workout week. In fact, I have yet to log any workouts since Friday.  Work has picked up tremendously and I have a ton of events going on at home with the family.  I am hoping to get into the gym today over lunch. 

My blogging has taken a back seat to life at the moment. I keep promising some cool and interesting things to be posted. Its coming soon. Promise!

Since I don’t have anything interesting to say, here is what I had for breakfast.

Protein Shake

  • Protein Powder
  • half banana
  • blueberries
  • 1 cup fat free milk

Gluten Free Honey Nut Chex (handful)

Hoping this takes me into my next meal which I will have in about 30 minutes.
