Now that I am done with my latest cycle of P90x, I have decided to incorporate some of my favorite moves into my own type of workout while I ponder what “official” workout I plan to do next. After compiling my list, I started to wonder what other people considered their most favorite exercise. So lets have it. Copy the below information and put in your own favorites.

Hey, that was fun. Now I feel like working out. Triathlon tomorrow. Sitting still the day before is always hard.
Riding my bike? I don’t remember that move from the video!
Best of luck on the triathlon!
I am seeing a lot of P90x exercises and references. What is it exactly? Is this a fad that I’m missing out on?
The official definition of P90x direct from Beachbody.com is “P90X is a revolutionary system of 12 sweat-inducing, muscle-pumping workouts, designed to transform your body from regular to ripped in just 90 days.” Beyond the program there is a whole family of people performing P90x and motivating others. To say its a workout phenomenon is probably an understatement. Let me know if you have any more in depth questions about it. If I don’t know, I know someone who does. Thanks for stopping by and posting!
