The official definition of P90x direct from Beachbody.com is "P90X is a revolutionary system of 12 sweat-inducing, muscle-pumping workouts, designed to transform your body from regular to ripped in just 90 days." Beyond the program there is a whole family of people performing P90x and motivating others. To say its a workout phenomenon is probably an understatement. Let me know if you have any more in depth questions about it. If I don't know, I know someone who does. Thanks for stopping by and posting!

I am seeing a lot of P90x exercises and references. What is it exactly? Is this a fad that I'm missing out on?

Weeks 1-3,9,11

Chest and Back - Diamond pushups
Plyometrics - Riding my bike :)
Shoulders and Arms - 21's
Yoga - Right angle pose
Legs and Back - Wall squats
Kenpo - Double back fist, front kick, back kick

Weeks 5-7,10,12

Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps - Side to Side Push-ups
Plymotrics - See above :)
Back and Biceps - Levers (I always try them anyway)

Ab Ripper X - V-up, roll ups.

Hey, that was fun. Now I feel like working out. Triathlon tomorrow. Sitting still the day before is always hard.
