Todays LNNA was plyometrics P90x style and it was awesome! My gym buddy, Fariq, and I killed it and left nothing on the table. I love having someone there beside me to keep me honest in my workouts and keep me pushing through.
Tomorrow is Legs and Back and the last day of the LNNA workout. I shall continue the workout for a few more weeks and then change it up again. Stay tuned for that.
