Today’s Breakfast – Scrambled Eggs

Here is what I had for breakfast the last 2 days.  I thought it was good enough to share…and I dont have any other content to share today.

  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup of chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup ground beef

Cook and serve.  Pretty simple and it tastes better than it looks.

      Healthy food isnt always the prettiest. Tasted pretty good though.
