I have gone in cycles myself watching t.v. then not watching t.v. I can remember a time when i could not tell you the last time i sat down and watched the tube and even lately i don' watch alot of t.v. It is great for falling asleep to though. Your right about if you have time to watch t.v. you have the time to work out and maybe get some work done around the house or yard, which is also great exercise.
