One Week Down
August 30th, 2009
Tyson I have completed one week of my three week workout hiatus. Its been a good week and has gone by fast. I am starting to get the itch to hit the gym again but the time off has been nice as well. I am putting together some new workouts for LNNA as well as reading some books on proper nutrition; some of which is outside the box a little bit.
I am spending my lunch hours getting my car fixed, taking some naps, working, and hopefully soon reading some new books. The weather this week looks great so I may grab my books and hit the outdoor picnic tables for some nice quiet reading. We shall see how that goes.
