The week before my hiatus started, I had to do a couple of evening workouts at my local gym. The atmosphere there was much different than what I am used to seeing during my lunch break. Almost every piece of cardio equipment was being used and the free weight section was a mass of moving people.
This got me to wondering when other people work out. I enjoy lunch time at the gym as its less crowded and the people there are serious about what they are doing. The same can be said for the crowd that you find in the early hours of the morning.
