P90x Round 2 Day 1 – Photos

guy lifting dumbbellYou probably guessed by the title that I am going to start P90x again.  This will be my second round of it and I am hoping it will be my best.  You check check out some first round posts here on my site.

Here is where I start the challenge.

  • 178 lbs
  • 12.7% Body Fat

I am not so worried about the weight but I would like to see the Body Fat percentage get below 10%. I almost got there the last time I did P90x. Hopefully this  time I will make it. The holidays will pose a challenge I am sure! I just need to stay motivated.

Is there anyone else out there starting P90x recently?  If so, give me a shout and maybe we can all motivate each other to stay the path.

I have documented my Round 2 Phase 1 in photo’s.  I go back and forth on these pictures though. Even deleting them from the post only to put them back on. Truth is,  I have never been comfortable having my shirt off in public and putting them on the Internet doest give me warm fuzzies either. But I feel that this is the best way to really show people the benefit you can achieve through a great workout program and proper nutrition. Everyone likes before and after photo’s to see if the product they want to buy “really” works. Hopefully I do a good job on this round so that my progress photo’s really show you the benefit of this program and that the claims they make really are valid.

Woohoo! I’m hoping to start P90X again next week. I haven’t done anything since finishing Insanity a month ago and I’m really starting to feel it. I’m excited to get started. :)

Sweet. You will have to let me know how you do. Did you like Insanity?

I’ll do my best. If everything works out as planned the blog will be much livelier with updates this time around. :)

Insanity was HARD. That program kicked my ass and then some. After 2 months I was still having trouble getting through a full workout.
