Dave, a fellow blogger and fitness advocate posted this video on his Facebook page. I watched it and loved how it was able to explain so simply the process of high carb intake on our bodies and how those carbs really affect our metabolism. I wanted to make sure I could share it with others. Makes perfect sense to me. What about you?

Hey Tyson – Thanks for the props, but I have to confess that I found the video on Mark’s Daily Apple. I think it is probably the best explanation I’ve seen of this process.
