		<description>We substitute cauliflower for a lot of things now. The great thing is...the kids don&#039;t know the wiser! As long as you cut it up to be the same consistency as rice, they will never know.  My wife loved this recipe so much she asked me to make it again this week.</description>

What&#039;s more primal than the recipe you provided?!  OK, you could toss in some chicken I guess...</description>
