Avocado Shake Recipe

Tyson I have been wanting to do this one ever since I saw a variation of it on Mark’s Daily Apple. Overall it tasted pretty good. I sort of wish I had some vanilla or even some unflavored protein powder. A lot of the flavoring of the avocado was lost in the chocolate protein powder. The texture was really thick. Adding some more almond milk would have taken care of that.
Recipe: Avocado Protein Shake
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1/2 Avocado
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
