P90x Challenge – Week 10

Week10

Neale

Neale_blogI’m finding the workouts are getting easier for me week by week and Tony’s voice and jokes still get on my nerves.  I have had to skip a few of the workouts last week but also seeing more results.  I’m now down to 160ish and started at 187.  I’m making good progress and need to stick with it and get more dedicated to drop below the 160 mark.

Last week was a good week for working out. I did my usual workouts and even mixed in a few misc. things like walking and trail running. My weight and body fat has remained static though. With that said, this will be my last official week of P90x. I have hit a wall with my working out and I feel the only way to overcome it is to switch things up a bit. I know that I only have 2 weeks left of P90x but if my mind is not in it, then would just be wasted anyway.

Congrats to you guys! As someone who didn’t manage to make it through the whole program, you’ve achieved a great accomplishment, especially Neale!

You did the right thing by stopping when you did. If you heart isn’t into it, then you wont get the results that you are after. Best to find something that truly motivates you.

You should give it a shot. It is one heck of a workout and most definitely works!

Coincidentally TurboFire was released today. It’s a HIIT style program from Chalene Johnson.
