My name is Tyson and I am a husband and father of two. I guess one could also say that I fitness fanatic. The first time I did something because it was exercise was when I would ride my bike 6 miles into town to go swimming at the pool. I was 12 and what Rustler Jeans would call “Husky”. My Junior High bike riding turned into Senior High weight lifting in the school gym. Five days a week you would find me there doing various moves on the limited amount of equipment that we had.
Over the next 13 years my interest in fitness varied and had its peaks and valleys. I would get a year membership at the gym, let it run it course then stop and gain all the weight back that I lost. It was a roller coaster effect that took its toll on my body and health. A few years back I hit my peak at 230 lbs and I knew that I had to make a permanent change. I started a new job that gave me better access to a gym and I joined it. Four years later I am still working out at that gym and am enjoying some of the best health that I have ever had.
Health and fitness has really become a passion for me. I started this website as a means to tell my story in hopes that I could motivate others to get fit.
Here is a pic of what I looked like 4 years ago and what I look like now. Hopefully you can tell the difference!
